How can we help?
Short answers to the things people ask most. If yours isn’t here, write to us and a person will answer.
Money and your data
Before you ask
Questions, answered.
What do I get without paying?
Enough to keep a real record without paying for anything: logging, the live timer, the clock, your stats, and your whole history brought over from whatever you used before.
Scanning and foreign-currency sessions run on a meter, and Pro removes both limits. What’s free and what’s Pro is spelled out on the features page.
Is this for live or online?
It’s built for live - cash games and tournaments in card rooms and casinos, where nobody keeps a record for you.
But you can log online sessions in it just as well, and plenty of people do. If you play both, one bankroll across the two is the only number that means anything.
Your poker site tracks what happens on that site. It doesn’t track your bankroll.
Can I bring my history from another tracker?
Yes. There are presets for Pokerbase, Poker Bankroll Tracker, Poker Income and Poker Analytics, plus a custom template for a spreadsheet you keep yourself. You see every row before anything is saved, and anything that looks like a duplicate is flagged and left unchecked. How importing works.
Can I get my data back out?
Yes. Your whole record exports to CSV - every session, straight into whatever you want to open it with. The free export carries eleven columns; Pro widens it to twenty-two, adding the game and blinds, the tournament detail, and the exchange rate.
Your history is yours either way. Nothing is locked to us, and you can delete the account and everything in it from inside the app.
Do I have to type everything in at the table?
No. Point the camera at the tournament clock and the name, buy-in, game type and bounty come across on their own.
Scan the printed structure sheet and the built-in clock knows every level and break ahead of you. How scanning works.
What happens to my clock photos?
They are read once to fill in your session, then discarded. Photos are never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your record syncs, so a lost phone never means a lost history. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. How to delete your account.
Is StackXo available on Android?
Yes. StackXo is available now on both the App Store and Google Play.
Still stuck?
The fastest way is inside the app. Open Settings and look for this row.
It opens a thread with us. When we reply you get a notification and that red dot, so the answer comes back to the same place you asked.
Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. There’s no ticket queue and no bot. It comes straight to us.
Can’t get into the app? [email protected] works too.
