From inside the app
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Tap the red Delete Account row, then confirm.
Before you confirm, the screen tells you exactly what is going: every session and any live data, your stats and chip snapshots, and your profile and sign-in.
This can’t be undone. There’s no grace period and no archive we can restore from. If you want to keep your record, export it first.
If you cannot get into the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We will do it within 30 days.
What is actually removed
Your account and sign-in credentials, and every session you logged: dates, buy-ins, results, locations, game types and notes. It’s deleted from the server, not flagged as hidden.
Clock photos aren’t part of this, because they were never stored in the first place. They are read once when you scan and discarded.
