What you can import from
There are five presets:
- Pokerbase
- Poker Bankroll Tracker
- Poker Income
- Poker Analytics
- Custom / Spreadsheet, for anything you keep yourself
You never map columns by hand. Each preset already knows how that app lays its export out.
Getting the file in
Three ways, and the app works out which one you used:
- Paste. Some apps email you a download link, some email the data itself. Either way, paste the whole thing into the box and StackXo pulls out what it needs.
- Choose a file from your phone.
- Share it straight in. On iPhone, open the export attachment, tap share, pick StackXo. That skips the import screen entirely and takes you to the preview.
If you picked one app in the list but pasted an export from a different one, StackXo goes with what it actually detected and tells you so. You don’t have to start over.
One thing worth knowing: download links from Poker Bankroll Tracker expire about a month after the export is generated. If yours has gone stale, request a fresh export and paste that.
The preview
Nothing is saved until you say so. You get every row on screen first, with checkboxes.
Anything that looks like a session you already have is marked Duplicate and unchecked for you. It isn’t removed, because sometimes you mean to bring a row across twice. It’s just not going in unless you tick it yourself.
If some rows are broken, the rest still come across and you’re told how many were skipped.
If it goes wrong
Straight after an import there’s an Undo button on the result screen, which removes everything that import added. It only lives on that screen, so if you’ve doubts, check before you navigate away.
What comes across
That depends on the app you left. Some keep only date, profit and location, so that’s all there’s to bring. Sessions imported this way get a note saying where they came from, which is useful later when a graph looks thinner than you remember.
