These terms apply when you use StackXo. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What StackXo is
StackXo is a personal record keeping and statistics tool for poker players. You enter your own sessions and the app shows you your results over time.
StackXo is not a gambling service. You cannot play, bet, wager, or move money of any kind inside the app. Nothing in StackXo is real money gaming, and we are not affiliated with any casino, card room, or gambling operator.
Your account
- You need an account to use the app. You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign in credentials secure and for the data you enter.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. See how to delete your account.
StackXo Pro
The core of StackXo is free. StackXo Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks Bankroll Advisor, unlimited AI scanning, Travel Mode, advanced filters, and CSV export.
What's offered
- Monthly — US$9.99 per month, auto renewing.
- Annual — US$59.99 per year, auto renewing, with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers.
- Lifetime — US$149.99, a one time purchase.
- Founder Lifetime — US$79.99, a one time purchase, available for a limited period after launch.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy, and may differ by region. The price you see at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.
Auto renewal
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of the plan you selected.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought through. We can't issue refunds directly, but if something went wrong, write to us at [email protected] and we'll help where we can.
Your data and ours
- The sessions, notes, and records you enter are yours. We store and sync them so the app works, and we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The app itself, its design, name, and logo are ours. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.
- Don't use the app to break the law, to interfere with our service, or to access someone else's account.
No financial or gambling advice
StackXo shows statistics calculated from the data you enter, and Bankroll Advisor suggests stake levels based on those numbers. This is informational only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or gambling advice, and it is not a prediction of future results. Decisions about how and where you play are entirely your own.
Your numbers are only as good as what you enter. We don't guarantee that the app is free of errors or that it will always be available.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms as StackXo grows. If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StackXo is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
